Rishabh Pant: The eagerly awaited comeback of Rishabh Pant to competitive cricket might happen sooner than anticipated, thanks to his impressive recovery progress. The wicketkeeper-batsman is currently undergoing his rehabilitation program at the National Cricket Academy (NCA).

After being involved in a terrifying car accident in December last year, Rishabh Pant has been out of action. Initially, it was anticipated that his recovery would take a considerable amount of time. However, to everyone’s surprise, including the medical professionals, the star player has shown remarkable progress and is recovering at a rapid pace.

Rishabh Pant is recovering quickly

As per a report, Rishabh Pant has made significant strides in his recovery and is now facing deliveries exceeding 140 kmph at the NCA. Notably, the left-handed batsman has been making strides in his rehabilitation journey, starting with unaided walking last month and progressing to taking throwdowns. In the past couple of weeks, he has impressively advanced to facing fast deliveries, showcasing his determination to make a strong comeback.

The report also stated that Rishabh Pant is handling the faster deliveries with ease and facing no difficulties. However, despite his comfortable play, he is still some distance away from fully regaining his body movements. Nevertheless, the medical staff and trainers are optimistic that he will achieve this milestone in the coming months.
