Roger Federer: The day most of the tennis fans feared should never come, came on Thursday, September 15. The legendary tennis player Roger Federer announced his retirement from professional sport. Fans will get a glimpse of the legendary player, who made billions of people fall in love with tennis on the ATP tour for the one last time at the Laver Cup, which will be starting in London from September 23.

Federer’s emotions were evidence when he sent his long message to his fans and well wishers through twitter after taking the tough call of retirement. In a voice note to his fans, Federer addressed what tennis has meant to him over the years when he played and how every single person made it special for him.
