Shikhar Dhawan: On Monday, Shikhar Dhawan posted a movie to social media in which he appeared in the role of a police officer. "Aali Re Aali! Aata Tujhi Baari Aali! Coming Soon For Something New "The caption was written by a southpaw. Dhawan appeared in the little footage wearing a police outfit. He battles the thugs while the song "Singham" plays in the backdrop of the video. The goons could be seen giving up in front of the Indian batter towards the end of the film.

Video went viral

After an ODI match against Bangladesh in December 2022, Shikhar Dhawan has been absent from the Indian team. The 37-year-old starting quarterback still hasn't given up on his ardent ambition to host the World Cup later this year. Dhawan, one of India's best openers in the 50-over format, was benched after a poor stretch that included the three games in Bangladesh in December. When Rohit Sharma and KL Rahul were rested in New Zealand in November, the southpaw commanded the team.
