Mohammed Siraj: On Sunday, September 17, Mohammed Siraj became the nation’s hero with an extraordinary bowling performance during the Asia Cup final against Sri Lanka. Despite having a less impressive performance in the earlier stages of the Asia Cup, Siraj delivered an exceptional display in the final, securing remarkable figures of 6/21. These figures ranked as the fourth-best by an Indian bowler in ODIs and the second-best in the history of the Asia Cup, highlighted by his four wickets in a single over during this remarkable bowling spell. However, Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor had a hilarious take on this.

Mohammed Siraj‘s exceptional bowling performance, supported by Hardik Pandya and Jasprit Bumrah, resulted in India dismissing Sri Lanka for a mere 50 runs in 15.2 overs. India efficiently chased down the target in just 6.1 overs, concluding the match within a couple of hours. The match commenced with a 40-minute rain delay, extending it until 6 PM local time; otherwise, it could have concluded even earlier.

Siraj received widespread praise from leaders, former cricketers, actors, producers, and directors, all commending the Indian seamer for his remarkable bowling performance. Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor also expressed her reaction to Mohammed Siraj’s outstanding spell, albeit with a distinct concern.

On her Instagram story, Shraddha Kapoor humorously quipped, “Ab Siraj se hi pucho ki iss free time ke saath kya karein.” (Now ask Siraj only, what to do with so much free time) Her post quickly gained traction on social media platforms.
