Suresh Raina withdraws from the IPL 2020 and returns to India, as his uncle killed by armed robbers

Suresh Raina has returned back to India from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and withdrawn from the 13th edition of Indian Premier League due to personal reasons, Chennai Super Kings (CSK) tweeted and shared this information that Suresh Raina. The IPL 2020 is all set to start from September 19.

CSK wrote in a tweet- "Suresh Raina has returned to India for personal reasons and will be unavailable for the remainder of the IPL season. Chennai Super Kings offers complete support to Suresh and his family during this time."

Yesterday Suresh Raina shared a picture of his and wrote, "The world has slowed so you can rediscovered yourself."

Suresh Raina's uncle was killed and his family was attacked

Later on, this evening news came in that Suresh Raina's 58-year-old uncle was killed and almost four members of his family got injured in an attack by armed robbers in Pathankot, Punjab.

According to police, the incident took place at Thariyal village in Punjab's Pathankot on the night intervening on August 19 and 20. According to police, robbers decamped with some cash and gold from the house.

Suresh Raina will directly visit his village at Thariyal district Punjab.
