Suryakumar Yadav, Kuldeep Yadav visit Ujjain’s Mahakaleshwar Temple, ‘prayed for Rishabh Pant’s recovery’

Rishabh Pant who is currently recovering from the severe accident which he has gone through last month has been in the headlines. He might not be playing for Team India at the moment but right from fans to his co teammates, everyone has been praying for his good health. Team India players, Suryakumar Yadav, Kuldeep Yadav and Washington Sunday offered prayers at Ujjain’s Mahakaleshwar temple and prayed for Pant’s speedy recovery.

Speaking to a news agency, Suryakumar stated on Pant’s situation and how the team has been rooting for his comeback on the cricket field.

‘Prayed for Pant’s speedy recovery’

“We prayed for the speedy recovery of Rishabh Pant. His comeback is very important to us. We have already won the series against New Zealand, looking forward to the final match against them,” Suryakumar Yadav told ANI.

Pant out of majority of 2023

Pant will be discharged from the hospital in the next couple of days but it is believed that the wicketkeeper batter would remain out of cricketing actions for majority of 2023.

As of now Pant has been ruled out of the upcoming Border-Gavaskar series and his participation in the World Cup 2023 is likely to end up in the sad side.

The third and final ODI between India and New Zealand is set to be played at the Holkar Stadium on Tuesday.
