Swedish Footballer Zlatan Ibrahimovic announces retirement from Football

Zlatan Ibrahimovic announced the news of his retirement after the AC Milan win. He said he wanted to end his Football career. The 31 year old Swedish Football player’s contract expires at the end of June and will not be renewed. He also mentioned in a News Conference that no one knew that he was about to drop this big announcement. He says even his family is not aware of this big move. He added that everyone came to know of it when he announced.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic gets emotional

Zlatan Ibrahimovic started his Professional career at Malmo FF in 1999. He had also struggled with many injuries and made only four appearances in this season for Milan after going through a knee surgery . He said he had many memories and emotions inside this stadium. He also said-‘ The first time I arrived here you gave me happiness, the second time you gave me love’. He thanked his family, fans, players and coach and his staff for the responsibility. He ended his speech with a smile and said ‘ its too difficult and there are too many emotions going in my mind. He ended saying- I’ll see you around, if you are lucky’
