Two-time Olympic medalist Wrestler Sushil Kumar was arrested on Saturday in Punjab after the murder charges of a wrestler at Chhatrasal Stadium in Delhi.
Sushil is under the arrest of Punjab police and they will hand over to Delhi Police as soon as possible, so that they can carry with their probe.
Earlier, a court in Delhi had declined to grant anticipatory bail to the wrestler who is the only Indian athlete to win two Olympic medals in an individual sport.
Sushil Kumar won bronze medal in 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and silver medal in 2012 London Olympic Games in 66 kg category.
