US Masters T10 League: The saying of form is temporary and class is permanent was proved true once again during US Masters T10 League. When 48-year-old former South Africa international player Jacques Kallis played one of the finest knocks ever.

The match between California Knights and Texas Chargers was a slobber knocker as both teams fought till the last ball. But Jacques Kallis and Milind Kumar’s brilliant knocks set the tone for California Knights.

It was Kallis who took all the headlines. Regarded as the best all-rounder the world has ever seen, Kallis proved why he has that title. Kallis and Milind were sensational as Texas was never able to recover from this partnership.

Kallis Storm

While batting first, California lost their first wicket on the second ball of the match. Aaron Finch was caught out by Edwards on a personal score of 0. But after that, it was all Jacques Kallis and Milind Kumar.

The former South African international scored four consecutive boundaries against Sohail Tanvir to set the tone. And after that, he never stopped. He finished the inning on 64 runs in just 31 deliveries and remained not out.

Milind Kumar was also sensational and scored 76 runs in just 28 deliveries with a strike rate of 271. Both of these batsmen helped California put up 158 runs on the board in just 10 overs.

A Sensational Victory

This inning really set up California to register their first victory in US Masters T10 League as they stopped Texas on just 110 runs. California’s bowlers struck wickets at regular intervals and never let Texas get the momentum.

Ashley Nurse took three wickets while Peter Siddle, Sulieman Benn, Ricardo Powell, and Pawan Suyal took one wicket each.
