The Andhra Pradesh government has officially launched the Mega DSC (District Selection Committee) 2025 recruitment drive, opening 16,347 teacher posts for aspiring educators across the state. The AP DSC notification was released late Saturday night, confirming the rollout of one of the largest recruitment campaigns for teachers in recent years. The decision to conduct the Mega DSC and implement an annual job calendar was a core promise of the TDP-led NDA government during the 2024 election campaign.
Exam Dates and Vacancy Breakdown
According to the press release, computer-based tests (CBT) will be conducted from June 6 to July 6, 2025. Of the total 16,347 vacancies, 14,088 posts are at the district level, while 2,259 posts fall under state/zonal level recruitment.
