Noida News: Authority brings Self Employment opportunity for all, check details

Noida News: Noida Authority coming up with an opportunity for all those who are struggling to start their own business or people are looking for work. The authority is giving a chance of self employment for all the unemployed people in the city. Authority is providing the opportunity to buy and rent shops in different parts of the city. The plan will be ready in the next 10 days. Apart from this a scheme is also introduced to give kiosks on rent in sector-18 of Noida.

Shops will be allotted on the basis of E-Bidding

The authority officials also held a meet to discuss the launching of the scheme for sale and rental of shops and kiosks. The decision to bring a plan to sell shops in sector-82, 105 and 117 was approved. There are 34 shops in Noida’s sector-82, 17 shops in sector- 105 and 18 shops in sector-117. These shops will be allotted on the basis of e-bidding. The allotment rate of these shops will be on the commercial rate of that sector.

Interested Candidates can try through Bidding

There is a plan to bring 31 shops, offices and restaurants on rent in sector-38 in the Botanical Garden Parking area. These shops are in a range from 23 to 128 square meter area. If you want to rent these shops, you will have to bid for more than the reserved price.
