The Bihar government has released a massive recruitment drive for 15,000 Home Guard posts. If you're looking for a government job in Bihar, this is your chance. Women and Third Gender Candidates Get Special Reservation

To promote diversity in recruitment, the Bihar government has reserved 35% of the seats for women. Additionally, third-gender candidates have been given an opportunity to apply for these posts. Out of the total 15,000 vacancies, here’s how the seats are distributed:

EWS (Economically Weaker Section): 1,495

SC (Scheduled Caste): 2,399

Selection Process: No Written Exam Required

Unlike many government recruitments, Bihar Home Guard selection will be based only on a physical test. There is no written examination, making it an excellent opportunity for physically fit candidates who may not have strong academic backgrounds.

Eligibility Criteria: Who Can Apply?

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed 12th grade before January 1, 2025.

Age Limit: The minimum age is 19 years, and the maximum is 40 years (as of January 1, 2025).
