BJP Sankalp Patra Part 3: Union Home Minister Amit Shah released the BJP Sankalp Patra Part 3 on Saturday, January 25, ahead of the Delhi Assembly Elections 2025. This third segment of the BJP’s manifesto focuses on transformative promises, including job creation, ownership rights for colonies, and several welfare schemes. Shah reaffirmed that all promises are backed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s assurance, ensuring their implementation if the BJP comes to power in Delhi.

BJP Sankalp Patra Part 3: Employment and Welfare Promises

Amit Shah emphasised the BJP's commitment to addressing unemployment. The Sankalp Patra Part 3 promises 50,000 government jobs and 20 lakh employment and self-employment opportunities for the youth. In addition, gig workers are set to benefit from life insurance of ₹10 lakh and accident insurance of ₹5 lakh, ensuring financial security for Delhi’s workforce.

Shah also highlighted the welfare measures aimed at traders, promising to reopen 13,000 sealed shops within six months. These efforts align with the BJP’s focus on economic revival in the capital.

Ownership Rights and Development Highlighted in BJP Sankalp Patra Part 3

One of the standout promises in the BJP Sankalp Patra Part 3 is granting ownership rights to residents of 1,700 unauthorised colonies. This move is aimed at improving the living conditions of lakhs of families and addressing a long-pending demand. Shah also announced ownership rights for Pakistan refugee families currently living on leased properties, marking a historic decision.

Public Transport Overhaul and Yamuna Cleaning

The BJP Sankalp Patra Part 3 also lays out an ambitious plan to transform Delhi’s public transport. A ₹20,000 crore investment is planned to create a unified network, with the goal of making Delhi a 100% e-bus city. Additionally, Shah assured that the BJP would clean the Yamuna River within three years and develop its banks into a Sabarmati-like riverfront, enhancing the city’s environment and infrastructure.

With these promises, the BJP Sankalp Patra Part 3 highlights a vision for Delhi’s development and welfare ahead of the elections.
