Budgam murder: Protests erupted in Jammu and Kashmir's Budgam area after police discovered cut up body pieces of a lady who had gone missing a week before. According to the police, the accused, Shabir Ahmad, 45, is a carpenter who has been apprehended. According to the police, they retrieved the body pieces from numerous sites based on what he told them. Ahmad is accused of kidnapping the 30-year-old woman who knew him. According to authorities, after killing her, he chopped up her body and dumped it in several locations.

Police Retrieve Body Pieces of Missing Woman

Protests have erupted in response to Ahmad's heinous murder, with hundreds gathering outside his home to demand his execution. A big number of women who took part in the protest demanded that the accused be handed over to them so that he might face the same fate as the victim. Protesters urged that he be given exemplary punishment because this was a "rarest of rare" case.

Calls for Execution and Retribution in Budgam Rarest of Rare Case

According to police sources, the woman was recently engaged, and Ahmad appears to have objected to it. She went missing on March 7, and her family reported her missing to the police. The police then detained and questioned the carpenter, which led to the discovery of the body parts.
