Bus accident in Khargone claims 15 lives, CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan announces immediate aid for victims

Khargone Bus Accident: On Tuesday, a significant road accident happened in Khargone, Madhya Pradesh. A bus fell into the shallow river after colliding with the bridge’s railing. The destruction has reportedly resulted in 15 deaths thus far. Following the tragedy, a sizable gathering of locals gathered there.


Madhya Pradesh CM announces compensation for victims

CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan instantly took notice of the Khargone road disaster. Along with this, he also announced immediate assistance amount. The Shivraj government would offer the relatives of the deceased a sum of Rs 4 lakh. Additionally, individuals who sustain significant injuries will be compensated with Rs 50,000. Additionally, the minor injured will receive aid in the amount of 25,000 rupees. Shivraj Singh Chouhan, the chief minister, has issued stringent directives to ensure that the injured are treated properly following the tragedy.

Details of the tragic accident

This accident reportedly occurred at 5:30 am in Dongargaon. Uncontrollably, a bus full of passengers fell to the river in the early morning, shattering the bridge railing. The locals then arrived at the location. All injured people have been taken by the police to the closest hospital. Additionally, they have taken custody of the deceased and are keeping them in the mortuary of the government hospital. There hasn’t been any information released about the accident’s causes as of yet. The matter is being looked into by the police.
