Monu Manesar: Monu Manesar, a cow protector, has been turned over to Rajasthan Police by the Haryana Police. A petition from the Rajasthan Police asking for Monu Manesar's detention had been accepted by the court. Monu Manesar was officially taken into custody by the Haryana Police on Tuesday (September 12). In the kidnapping and murder of two Muslim youngsters, Junaid and his cousin Nasir, Monu Manesar was identified in February. Additionally, he is charged with inciting the violence in Nuh.
From Junaid Murder Suspect to Social Media Controversy
The Haryana Police detained cow vigilante Monu Manesar on Tuesday. A Bajrang Dal member named Monu Manesar was arrested in February for the murder of two Muslim men from Rajasthan. Monu Manesar was detained due to a defamatory social media post, according to Additional Director General of Police, Law and Order Mamta Singh in an interview with India Today.

The ADG stated that we have also notified the police departments in other states where Monu Manesar is sought after. “The state police can take Monu Manesar’s custody through the court,” Mamta Singh said.
A Bajrang Dal Member Accused in Murders of Two Muslim Men
A member of the Bajrang Dal and a cow vigilante is Monu Manesar, also known as Mohit Yadav. He's from Manesar, a town close to Gurugram. He is one of the main suspects in the deaths of two individuals who belonged to the Muslim community. Residents of Ghatmeeka hamlet in the Bharatpur region of Rajasthan, Nasir and Junaid were allegedly kidnapped by cow vigilantes on February 15; their bodies were discovered the following day in a burned-out automobile in Loharu, Haryana's Bhiwani. Monu Manesar was included as an accused in the chargesheet that was submitted by the Rajasthan Police.
