Dehradun News: A prestigious automotive company's nationwide competition for the design of an electric car was won by a 20-year-old undergraduate design student from UPES.
UPES Student's Design Triumphs in 'Nature Electrified Design' Contest
Ratin Mohan's design was chosen from among the many submissions received for the "Nature Electrified Design" competition, which was launched on April 22 in honour of Earth Day and intended to celebrate the fusion of nature, electrification, and environmental consciousness.
Harmony of Nature and Innovation
'Elements' is a design by Kanpur-based third-year student Mohan that draws inspiration from all five elements of nature: earth, sun, water, sky, and wind. The car's integration of cutting-edge technology and the beauty of our environment, which represents a future in which sustainable mobility is both responsible and alluring, sets it apart from other types of cars. The design "beautifully captures the essence of organic beauty and the craftsmanship mirrors elegance in the natural world," according to the contest organisers.
