In response to his own query on how this came about, he stated in a tweet that the Aam Aadmi Party is in power in these two states and that its members have good moral character and are honest and educated. In Delhi and Punjab, we have improved the efficiency of the electrical sector. As a result, Delhi saw its smallest power outage. According to the survey, UP has the most frequent power outages.
