Delhi CM Rekha Gupta, through a social media post, stated, "The Viksit Delhi 2025-26 budget will be a people's budget, ensuring inclusive and all-encompassing development for all sections of society." To incorporate public suggestions, meetings will be held on March 5 with women and education organizations and on March 6 with trade and industrial organizations. Additionally, ministers and MLAs will engage with the public to understand their aspirations and feedback.

The Delhi government has provided an email (viksitdelhibudget-25@delhi.gov.in) and WhatsApp number (9999962025) for citizens to send in their suggestions directly to CM Rekha Gupta.
