The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has extended the deadline for its Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025 until July 31, 2026, citing an encouraging response from eligible applicants. The extension provides additional time for serving and retired government employees to book ready-to-move-in residential flats under the scheme.

The housing initiative offers a 25% special discount exclusively to serving and retired government employees. The offer applies to ready-to-move-in apartments located in Pocket 6, Pocket 9, and Pocket 13 of Sector A1–A4 in Narela, one of Delhi’s rapidly developing residential areas.

According to the DDA, allotment of flats will continue on a First Come, First Serve (FCFS) basis. Interested applicants are advised to complete the booking process at the earliest, as allotments will be made only until the available inventory is exhausted.

The Karmayogi Awaas Yojana is part of DDA’s efforts to improve access to affordable housing for government personnel. The ready-to-move-in flats eliminate the waiting period associated with under-construction projects, allowing successful applicants to take possession soon after completing the required formalities.
DDA has urged eligible applicants to carefully review the scheme’s terms and conditions and ensure that all required documents are submitted during the booking process. The authority has also advised applicants to complete the formalities well before the revised deadline to avoid last-minute delays.
With the deadline now extended to July 31, 2026, eligible government employees have another opportunity to avail themselves of the discounted housing offer while units remain available under the FCFS allotment system.
