The Delhi Development Authority has announced a special housing offer under the Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025, inviting applicants to book their homes on the auspicious occasion of Ram Navami. A total of 936 newly constructed flats have been launched in Narela (Pocket-6, A1–A4), with bookings starting from March 26, 2026, at 12:00 noon. The scheme is being offered on a first-come, first-serve basis, and a significant number of units have already been booked, indicating strong demand. The flats are ready-to-move-in and freehold properties, offering long-term ownership benefits. The scheme is specifically designed for serving and retired government employees, including those from central and state governments, PSUs, PSBs, universities, and autonomous bodies.
