Delhi Government Officials Face Legal Heat, Corruption Allegations and Conspiracy Charges Filed

Delhi News: Two high-ranking government officials in Delhi are the targets of legal action. A formal complaint has been filed against Special Secretary Rajshekhar of the Vigilance Department and Government Chief Secretary Naresh Kumar. The Uttarakhand city of Almora is the registered case location. A formal complaint has been filed under the SC/ST Act, with sections 392, 447, 120B, 504, and 506 added, per the directives of the Almora Court.

Allegations of Corruption and Conspiracy

The officials are charged with corruption and conspiracy. According to the lawsuit, an NGO had been filing corruption accusations against both officials; nevertheless, the officers colluded and disposed of the evidence that the NGO had against them. The NGO's office had the file against him made disappear.

Media sources state that Saurabh Bhardwaj, the minister of government in Delhi, has also charged the officials with being corrupt and plotting conspiracies. The claim made by Special Secretary Vigilance YVVJ Rajashekhar that he had removed confidential files and records from the office was described by Minister Saurabh as a plot.

Formal Complaint and Police Report

He had filed a complaint with the police, accusing both officials, and requested that a formal report be filed. The Delhi Government Services Department is the subject of an ongoing legal dispute that dates back approximately nine years, involving both the Central and State governments. There was also a video of the case that went viral, showing some individuals driving away from the building after taking a file.

Missing File on Delhi's Excise Policy

Media sources state that a file pertaining to Delhi's excise policy is missing from Rajashekhar's office. The file was in the possession of Special Secretary Rajshekhar, who was looking into the matter; nevertheless, the file was made to vanish. The AAP government, its ministers, MLAs, and the chief minister are currently having problems as a result of his file.
