Delhi High Court Denies Interim Protection to CM Arvind Kejriwal Amidst ED Probe

In a significant development, the Delhi High Court has declined to provide interim protection from coercive action to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in response to a plea. Despite the refusal of immediate relief, the court has summoned a response from the Enforcement Directorate (ED) regarding the fresh interim plea. The matter has been scheduled for further hearing on April 22, 2024.
