Delhi News: Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced the Premium Housing Scheme 2026, offering aspiring homeowners a fresh opportunity to own residential property in the national capital. Under this scheme, a total of 582 flats across various categories—HIG, MIG, LIG, Janta and EHS—along with car and scooter garages, will be allotted through an online e-auction process.
