Who is this Rahul Meena?
Rahul Meena, who is 19 years old, used to work as a domestic helper for the victim’s family for almost eight months. Reports say he was fired a month before the incident because of claims of financial wrongdoing.
According to the police, he knew the house well, which may have helped him get in on the day of the crime.
Evidence and Timeline So Far
Investigators believe Meena entered the house around 6:30 am. The victim was later found hurt and with signs of being strangled, possibly with a charger cable.
He is said to have run away after the crime and was later arrested at a hotel in Dwarka. Authorities also think that robbery might be one of the reasons.
Is He a Serial Offender?
The case has taken a more serious turn as police link Meena to an earlier sexual assault incident in Alwar, Rajasthan. Reports say that the event happened only a few hours before the crime in Delhi.
While this raises strong suspicion of a pattern, officials have not yet officially declared him a serial offender. The investigation is still going on to find out if he has committed more crimes like this.

The Delhi Police has formed multiple teams to fast-track the investigation. They are looking at CCTV footage from nearby areas, forensic samples, and call records. Officials have promised to take strong action. The case has also sparked outrage on social media, with demands for stronger safety measures in the city.
