Deputy Collector steps down after denied leave, calls it unfair

MP News: News coming from Madhya Pradesh’s Chatarpur, a Deputy Collector had put down her papers after she was refused leave to attend a private gathering in her house. Chatarpur’s Deputy Collector Nisha Bangre had applied for leave to attend a World Peace Prize Award Ceremony on the June 25th but she was denied leave by the senior authorities. The collector had mentioned the reason for her resignation in the letter sent to the concerned authorities.

‘I feel hurt and don’t think I should continue’

The Collector’s resignation letter says that she is deeply hurt for not allowed to attend the Private Ceremony in her home town, she further writes that this has hurt my feelings and emotions and she does not feel appropriate to continue on the Post of a collector so she has decide to step down with immediate effect.

Authorities yet to accept the Resignation

However the authorities are yet to accept the resignation letter. Sources also say that she was denied leave due to Political reasons also.
