DUSU Election Result 2024: In the recent Delhi University Student Union (DUSU) elections, Namrata Jeph Meena, the secretary candidate for the National Students Union of India (NSUI), lost to the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) candidate. Despite the setback, Meena maintained a positive outlook, stating, "I couldn't win the election, but the president has won so we all have won. It doesn't matter whether we win or lose, we have to work for the student welfare and we will continue to do that."

Meena emphasized that the NSUI’s commitment to student welfare remains steadfast, pointing out that with the NSUI securing the positions of president and joint secretary, the party will continue to strengthen its efforts for the benefit of students. "NSUI has always worked for the students' welfare and now we have the president and joint secretary, so we will work even more," she added.
