Ghaziabad News: Authorities Crack Down on Noise Pollution, DJs and Loud Music Offenders Face Strict Action, Report

Ghaziabad News: Loud music playing is a major issue in the city and it really annoys the locals. Nothing was done about it up until this point, people also face problems. The authorities are now taking action against DJs who cause noise pollution as well as anyone else who disturbs people by playing loud music wherever. This covers incidents ranging from loud music playing in cars and autos to big speakers inside of residences. On Tuesday, 8 cases in this regard were reported in the city. In the city area, 10 instances have been reported from Monday to Wednesday. About 20 instances were previously reported in Trans Hindon. In such cases, along with the FIR, the police are also confiscating the speakers and other equipment.

Auto Drivers and Car Owners Face Charges for Playing Loud Music

On Tuesday, eight crimes were reported to the police departments in Madhuban Bapudham, Sihani Gate, and Vijayanagar. Up until late Tuesday night, incidences involving auto drivers, loaders, and persons listening to loud music at home had been reported. At the Madhuban Bapudham police station, a case has been opened against auto driver Monu Kashyap, auto driver Deepak at the Sihani Gate police station, Harjeet and Aamir, and e-rickshaw driver Kuldeep. All of them were disturbing people by playing loud music while driving. In addition, Chandan and Adil have been the subject of a prosecution for playing music in a car in Vijayanagar.

Police Take Action Against Noise Disturbance During Wedding Season

People frequently set up DJs in their homes during the wedding season and have them perform till late at night. People’s difficulties in such a condition are not solved after complaining. In two instances, persons in the vicinity of the Vijayanagar police station received death threats for obstructing DJs. In Old Vijayanagar and Bhudbharat Nagar, a case has been filed against Shubham. Be notified that the police have recorded every case. The sound can be tolerated up to 60 decibels, barring few sensitive places, according to the information. Despite this, the police contend that it is improper to play loud music if it is causing problems for others. In such instances, action is being taken. Also provided is information on additional rules. Along with filing a report, the police are taking the music system. Action is being taken, according to DCP City Nipun Agarwal, against individuals who annoy by playing loud music. Cases have been filed against vehicle and e-rickshaw drivers in addition to the houses. This campaign against people who make noise without cause will continue.
