Ghaziabad News: In the Loni Kotwali neighbourhood of Ghaziabad, a house has been demolished close to the Rupnagar Industrial Area. The debris is thought to be feared burieng a large number of people. On-site rescue efforts are underway with a rescue team on hand. In addition to the six victims who have been rescued, one body has been found among the rubble.
Building Collapse in Loni, Ghaziabad
ANI Tweeted a Video on X and wrote, “Uttar Pradesh | Several feared trapped after a building collapsed in the Roop Nagar Industrial area in Loni, Ghaziabad. Rescue operation is underway. More details awaited.” It can be seen in the video how JCB is removing the debris and a large number of people are present nearby.
Possible Cause and Ongoing Response
A one and a half story house in Rupnagar Colony apparently collapsed, according to the information. There were a lot of individuals inside the home. People in the neighbourhood claim that this house was actively engaged in the production of fireworks and firecrackers. With a loud crash, the house fell. People are currently being evacuated. Police and firefighters have arrived at the scene.
