Ghaziabad News: These days, the country is still experiencing monsoon rainfall. Most of the country's cities, notably Delhi and the National Capital Region, have reported water-logging as a result of rain. Underpasses constructed in urban areas fill with water after a rainstorm. Such underpasses are common in cities, where even a little rain can cause flooding and disrupt traffic. Today, we'll talk about a few of the Delhi-National Capital Region's disastrous underpasses.

Waterlogging Woes Plague Gurugram and Ghaziabad

Numerous underpasses in Gurugram, which is close to Delhi, flood during the rainy season. In the last three years, water logging in underpasses in Gurugram city has claimed the lives of three persons. A recent drowning death in the Khedridola underpass was caused by rain-filled water. In addition to this, waterlogging also happens in the underpasses of Rajiv Chowk, Bajgheda Railway, and Hero Honda Chowk. After the rains, even Ghaziabad in Uttar Pradesh is in poor shape. Many districts and communities of the city have water supplies. The nearby Hindon metro station's subway was inundated by the rain.

Road Washed Away and Perennial Flooding in Gaushala Underpass
