Greater Noida News: A man in Greater Noida decided to get creative with the name of his SUV, the Tata Punch, and added a "Sar" to the prefix and a "ji" to the suffix. As a result, a challan was issued in his name. 'SarPunchJi' was written on the rear of his automobile. Following this was the caste name "Gurjar," written in Hindi.
His SUV's image gained popularity on social media and became a hot topic of conversation there. The image quickly made its way to the traffic police in Greater Noida as well. The owner of the car, Sandeep Bhati, was issued a Rs 500 challan by the traffic police as punishment.
Notably, the action was done as a result of Yogi Adityanath, the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, ordering people not to use language based on caste or religion before. Challans have been issued in this regard against a number of these cars that display a certain caste or religion.
