Gurugram News: The Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) may finally have some good news for the residents of Gurugram.
Previously, HSVP was unable to acquire 30 meters of land to connect more than 10 proposed major roads from Sector 99 to Sector 115 to the Dwarka Expressway.
Recently, a meeting of the district coordination committee was held under Dheeraj Desai, the Chief Advisor for Urban Development, at the Mini Secretariat in Deeper Baas.
What’s Special About This Gurugram News?
HSVP Administrator Vaishali Singh remarked that all information associated with the acquired land is likely to be completed by January 31. Thereafter, authorities would start working on the process of land acquisition in Gurugram.
Presently, the main roads of Sectors 99–99R, 99–102, 101–104, 102–103, 103–106, 106–109, 102–102R, 109–112, 110R–111, etc. along with the outer road of Sector 99 are not linked with the Dwarka Expressway as the land meant for the green belt could not be acquired.
Dheeraj has now directed officials of the Gurugram Metro Rail Limited to swiftly submit information pertaining to acquisition of the land to the committee so that land acquisition can be completed at the earliest.
Societies such as Gurugram Greens in Sector 102, Parsina Elite Residency, Habitat Prime, Capital Gateway in Sector 111, Suncity Avenue, Parsina Laxmi Apartments in Sector 99, Satya Hermitage, Heritage Max, G-99, Assotech Blith, Diplomatic Greens in Sector 110R and the Industrial Estate Sector Park in Sector 103 would benefit once these 10 roads get connected to the Dwarka Expressway.
