Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren met RMZ Infrastructure President Deepak Chhabaria in Ranchi to discuss potential investment opportunities in the state, with a focus on emerging technology and future-oriented industries.
According to Soren, the meeting included discussions on the possibility of establishing Global Capability Centres (GCCs) in Jharkhand and developing capacities in sectors such as information technology, artificial intelligence, semiconductors, nuclear energy and advanced manufacturing.

Soren said the discussions also covered future-oriented sectors including IT, AI, semiconductors, nuclear energy and advanced manufacturing.
The state government is looking to take these conversations forward with the aim of attracting investment and strengthening Jharkhand’s capabilities in emerging technologies.

According to Soren, the proposed investment discussions are also linked to the potential creation of new employment opportunities for the state’s youth.
He said Jharkhand can play a meaningful role in India’s growth story by developing capabilities in technologies expected to shape future industries.
