Hyderabad Couple Caught in Adult Content Livestream Scandal, Allegedly Raising Money for Paying Daughters Education Fees!!

A Hyderabad couple decides to take a shameful action to meet the educational needs of their daughters. They allegedly perform livestreaming of sexual acts, charging thousands for those adult videos.

Couple Performing Live Adult Acts Charging 2K, Per Stream

The shocking news, as revealed by journalist Sachin Gupta on his X handle, stuns everyone. The report says that the couple used to perform sexual acts in front of a camera in a live stream. They charge Rs 2000 per session of this live stream. Whereas to get the recorded video, the charge is Rs 500.

However, to hide their identity, they choose to wear masks in those videos. They were allegedly doing such a shameful act just to pay the academic fees of their daughters. Initial reports say their elder daughter is in the second year of B.Tech. 

As they are preparing for the admission of their second daughter for graduation, they need money for it. This has resulted in them collecting money through such unjustifiable ways. Hyderabad police have arrested the couple, and further investigation is ongoing. 

Netizens are in Utter Shock Knowing Their Defence

This act and the reason behind it are dividing the netizens into two sections. While one section expresses outrage over such a condemnable act, the other highlights the increasing cost of education. 

People are saying, "Aisa karke paisa kamana bahut aasan ho gaya hai. Par ye aasan tareeka samaj mein vasna ko badhava dene wala hai." to condemn such easy ways of earning money. While they also point out that "Health & education har nagrik ka adhikar hai par desh is masle mai fail hai".

Taunting the poor economic condition of the country, they say, "Isi baat se andaza lagaya ja sakta hai hum kaun si arthavyavastha mein Japan se aage nikal gaye". By skimming through the comments, it is clear that people condemn the shameful act of the couple, but they also recognise the hidden issues behind it.

Is Education Getting Out of Affordability?

This case highlights a harsh truth. The cost of higher education is getting out of hand for basic middle-class families, leaving aside the poor ones. Societal pressure and future aspirations also lead parents to take on educational loans beyond their capacity. Although the couple's actions were unlawful, their misery was not uncommon. 

The Hyderabad couple is right now under police custody. They will go on trial for violating obscenity laws. As the legal process unfolds, authorities also need to take action in sanctioning educational aids further to minimise the burden on the parents.
