PM Modi Announces Ex-Gratia, Expresses Grief Over Loss of Lives
The Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) announced an ex-gratia of ₹2 lakh each from the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund (PMNRF) to the next of kin of the deceased. Additionally, those injured in the incident will receive ₹50,000 each.

While details of the cause of the fire and exact casualty figures are still awaited, the incident has sent shockwaves across the city. Emergency response teams and fire services were deployed swiftly, and rescue operations continued late into the night.
State authorities are also expected to announce a separate relief package and initiate a probe into the cause of the fire. Political leaders and social groups have called for strict enforcement of fire safety norms, especially in densely populated areas of Hyderabad.
