PM Modi called it one of the sharpest drops globally, emphasizing that India’s fight against TB is gaining remarkable momentum.
The government’s comprehensive approach — blending technology-driven healthcare, awareness campaigns, and grassroots participation — is propelling India closer to eliminating TB ahead of global targets.
Experts believe that with sustained efforts and community involvement, India could soon become a global model for successful infectious disease control.
