According to information shared by the state’s Information and Public Relations Department (IPRD), visitors can scan the QR code and upload a photograph along with details of the problem. Complaints related to cleanliness, drinking water, toilets, health camps, holding points, and other public facilities can be submitted through the digital platform.

The initiative, promoted under the leadership of Chief Minister Hemant Soren, aims to improve the overall management of the annual pilgrimage by enabling authorities to respond more quickly to issues reported by devotees.
Officials said the QR code-based complaint mechanism is designed to strengthen real-time monitoring and ensure that essential services remain accessible throughout the fair. The move is expected to enhance the experience of thousands of pilgrims visiting Jharkhand during the Shravani Mela.
The government has encouraged all visitors to make use of the digital facility whenever they notice any inconvenience or shortcomings in public arrangements within the mela area.
