Bhopal: MANIT declares holiday for UG classes as Tiger still on prowl

Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology declared Diwali holiday ahead of time. The students have been asked to vacate the hostels by Tuesday evening. This decision has been given because of Tiger. On one hand the parents are in panic and on the other hand the students are risking their lives for the sake of selfie with Tiger.

Forest guards posted between the forest and the residential area said that they caught some students crossing the third layer barricades. Some student crossed third barricade to make selfie with Tiger and some one wants to make Instagram reel. The Forest Department has informed the management of Maulana Azad National Technical Institute about this.

While parents are constantly emailing the management, demanding to make adequate arrangements for the safety of their children. They say that if anything happens to their children, then the management of MANIT BHOPAL will be responsible for it. Parents barred their children from going to offline classes.

On the one hand, the forest department has set up a cage to catch the tiger, while on the other hand the activists who love wild animals have stood against it. The law says that Tiger’s freedom cannot be played with. The latest solution to all the problems was that mid term break was declared. Asked the students to vacate the hostels by this evening.
