Madhya Pradesh Boosts MSMEs and Startups with ₹169.5 Crore Incentives, CM Mohan Yadav Leads Initiative

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav on Monday announced a major push for industrial growth and entrepreneurship by transferring ₹169.50 crore as incentive amount more than 250 MSME units through a single-click system.

The initiative aims to strengthen small and medium enterprises and promote innovation in the state. Along with this, around 286 startups were encouraged with grant assistance of approximately ₹28.60 lakh. The CM said the steps reflects the government’s commitment towards enterprise-led development. It also focuses on creating employment opportunities across sectors.

During the event held at the Chief Minister’s residence in Bhopal, allocation orders for industrial land and letters of intent were distributed to entrepreneurs. Beneficiaries under the Chief Minister Udyam Kranti Yojana were also handed over financial assistance cheques.

The programme highlighted the government’s effort to simplify processes and support business expansion. Officials stated that such initiatives will improve the ease of doing business in the state. It will also attract new investments and boost industrial activity.

On the occasion, Cabinet Minister Chetanya Kasyap presented an interim dividend cheque of ₹8 crore on behalf of the Small Industries Corporation to the Chief Minister. The move underlines the growing contribution of MSMEs to the state economy. The government believes that continuous financial support and policy backing will strengthen the startup ecosystem. It will also help Madhya Pradesh emerge as a key hub for entrepreneurship and innovation in the coming years.
