Mohan Yadav: The Higher Education Department, Madhya Pradesh has launched a special initiative to support students’ mental well-being and help them remain stress-free during examinations. The department is organising special “Manobal Sessions” aimed at strengthening students’ mental health and boosting their confidence.

Under the guidance of Mohan Yadav, the initiative focuses on helping students manage academic pressure and prepare for exams with a positive mindset. The sessions are being conducted online so that students from across the state can easily participate.
According to the department, mental health experts and specialists will guide students on stress management, confidence building, and effective exam preparation techniques. The programme is designed to ensure that students remain mentally strong and focused during their studies.
