MP Weather Update: Dense Fog Disrupts Visibility in Bhopal and Surrounding Cities

Bhopal, along with several other cities, experienced dense fog causing visibility to drop to 50 meters at various locations on Wednesday. The airport in Bhopal reported a minimum visibility of 50 meters, with other cities like Khajuraho, Datia, Mandla, and Sagar also facing reduced visibility, ranging from 100 to 200 meters. The dense fog persisted throughout the morning, significantly affecting visibility, although there was a brief appearance of bright sunlight. In the evening, the fog returned, impacting visibility once again.

Dense Fog Disrupts Visibility in Bhopal and Surrounding Cities

Despite drivers using headlights for visibility, distant objects in Bhopal were barely discernible during the early morning hours. The situation slightly improved by noon, but fog continued to pose challenges to visibility. Some parts of the city also experienced light drizzle during the day.

Bhopal recorded a minimum temperature of 13.9 degrees Celsius on Wednesday, which was 3.7 degrees above normal. The maximum temperature reached 23.9 degrees Celsius, maintaining normalcy.
