In response to the prevailing weather conditions, the Meteorological Department has issued a red alert for several districts, including Vidisha, Betul, Alirajpur, Ujjain, Indore, Ashoknagar, Khandwa, Shajapur, Dewas, Sehore, Agar Malwa, Ratlam, Rajgarh, Narmadapuram, Jabalpur, and Jabalpur. These districts are expected to experience intermittent heavy rainfall, with wind speeds reaching up to 60 kilometers per hour.

Furthermore, a yellow alert has been issued for districts such as Shahdol, Satna, Bhind, Rewa, Anuppur, Tikamgarh, Chhatarpur, Umaria, Gwalior, Morena, Damoh, Dindori, Datia, Maihar, Neemuch, Panna, Raisen, Sagar, Seoni, Shyopur Kala, Shivpuri, Guna, Chhindwara, among others. These districts may also witness rainfall accompanied by strong winds.
