The Samajwadi Party is upbeat after winning one seat in the Gujarat elections. They has said that they will contest the Madhya Pradesh Assembly elections to be held next year on all the seats. They have started preparing for this election. SP says that only a socialist ideology can end BJP's politics of hatred. SP's mass base is considered in the areas of Madhya Pradesh bordering Uttar Pradesh.
What is the preparation of Samajwadi Party
Madhya Pradesh assembly elections can be held in December next year. The Samajwadi Party has announced to contest the assembly elections to be held next year. The SP has already started preparations for this.
A SP spokesperson said," The party will contest the elections in MP with all its might to emerge as an alternative to BJP's hate politicsIt is only our socialist ideology that will end the BJP's politics of hate." He added that while the Samajwadi Party is not seen as a major political force outside Uttar Pradesh, it won one seat in the recent Gujarat assembly elections. Has registered a victory.
SP organized a worker's conference in Sidhi on Saturday. In this, SP state president Ramayan Patel said that his party will contest elections on all the seats. He said that SP will firmly end the politics of hatred of BJP by becoming the third option in Madhya Pradesh.
Akhilesh Yadav wants to make SP a national party
Samajwadi Party was founded in 1992 by Mulayam Singh Yadav. He passed away in October this year. Tributes were paid to Mulayam Singh Yadav on the first day of the winter session of the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly held this week. Earlier in the national convention held in September this year, its president Akhilesh Yadav had resolved to make SP a national party.
Since its inception, the SP had achieved maximum success in 2003 in Madhya Pradesh, a neighboring state of Uttar Pradesh. In that election, SP fielded candidates for 161 seats. Seven of these candidates had won. It got one seat in the 2008 elections. And in 2018, it had won one seat.
