Meerut News: Bajrang Dal activist, five others held in Meerut for assaulting three Muslims, here’s what happened

Meerut News: Bajrang Dal workers attacked Tehseen and Suhail with sticks and rods, telling them that they had beef in the car. Police has registered a case against Bajrang Dal workers in this matter.

Bajrang Dal workers stopped the vehicle of three brothers, residents of Mohalla Islamnagar of Khatauli in Daurala of Meerut district, before the Sivaya toll. The activists alleged that there was beef in the car and attacked the three with a deadly attack. Two brothers were injured in the attack. The victim has filed a case against seven people, including the district vice-president of Bajrang Dal, in this case.

Jai Singh, who is associated with Bajrang Dal, was arrested

Wasim s/o Rahisuddin, a resident of Mohalla Islam Nagar, told that late on Friday night he along with his brothers Tehseen and Suhail were going to Hapur after filling the skins of sacrificed animals in a Mahindra pick-up vehicle. Before Daurala police station on the highway, his car got punctured. Meanwhile, Bajrang Dal’s District Vice President Jai Singh, a resident of Matour village, reached there along with the workers. While changing the tyre, he told the workers that there was skin in the vehicle. But, talking about beef, he started making noises. He left when the police car arrived.

After this, he overtook and stopped his vehicle before the toll. Jai Singh, along with his companions, made a fatal attack on his brothers Tehsin and Suhail with sticks. Somehow he saved his life by running away from there. Police reached the information and admitted the injured to the hospital.

On the other hand, Wasim gave Tahrir against Jai Singh, Deepak, Deepanshu alias Kake, resident of Matour village, Prashant, Kapil, Sandeep, resident of Daurala and 6-7 unknowns. While taking action in this matter, the police have registered a case under various sections.
