The Authority has placed an advertisement to promote their Housing Scheme. People who wish to book their own flats can apply today at the Meerut Development Authority office from 11am to2pm. The scheme is called ‘Pehle aao Pehle pao’ Apka Apna Ghar. People can get the detailed information about the flats at the Authority office.
Flats can be Booked at the Same Rates which were Valid in 2018
The authority is selling the flats at the rates of the year 2018. The rate of interest will be the same as in the year 2018. There are 239 Flats available in the Lohia Nagar. 360 Flats available in Shatabdi Nagar, 77 Flats in Rakshapuram, 42 Flats in Ganganagar, 31 flats in Sainik Vihar, 23 Flats in ShradhaPuri , and 3 Flats in PallavPuram. People can book flats by selecting from this category.
The Booking will be on from 8th August to 7th October
The Bookings for the flats will be from 8th August to the 7th of October. The other details of the flats in the different areas depending upon the prices and other features will be briefed by the officials in the authority.
