Meerut News: As the water level of the River ganga continues to rise, the villages built on the bank of the river ganga continue to face danger. Many houses have already faced the wrath of the floods during monsoon and heavy rains. The villagers of hastinapur are living under constant threat due to the fear od the rising water in the river. The villagers have no other place to accommodate as these houses are the only shelter they are living right now.
Villagers continue to live in fear
A video has been doing rounds in the Social media where a house has completely fallen in the river due to the pressure of floods and the rising water level. Many villagers have been damaged because of the continuous floods in the river. Meanwhile the authorities have been planning to shift these villages in some other safer places so that their lives could be saved.
