Nashik TCS Case: BIG Breaking! Nida Khan Bail Plea Rejected, No Interim Prediction From Court, Check Latest Update

Nashik court denies interim bail to Nida Khan in the TCS case, leaving her without arrest protection. With SIT probing and the next hearing on April 27, the case intensifies amid serious allegations of harassment and conversion.

Nida Khan: In a big turn of events in the Nashik TCS Case, the court has denied interim anticipatory bail to the main suspect, making the legal situation even more tense.

The court says no to interim bail.

The Nashik Sessions Court, led by District Judge KG Joshi, has turned down Nida Khan’s request for temporary help. This means that while her anticipatory bail plea is still being looked at, she is not safe from being arrested.

The case will be heard again on April 27, 2026, which gives the complainant’s side time to file a full response.

Defence Argument vs. Court Position

Nida Khan’s lawyers asked for temporary relief because of:

  • Her pregnancy lasted two months.
  • The claim that crimes that are thought to have happened will get less than seven years in prison
  • Claims of being wrongfully accused

At this point, though, the court did not think there were enough reasons for temporary protection.

What We Know So Far About the Case

The case is connected to a Tata Consultancy Services-affiliated BPO centre in Nashik and includes serious claims of:

  • Pressure to change religions
  • Harassment of a sexual nature
  • Hurtful comments about religious beliefs

Reports say that nine FIRs have been filed, making this one of the most talked-about workplace scandals in a long time.

Accused Status and Company Action

Nida Khan is still:

  • The only person who hasn’t been arrested yet
  • According to the police, they ran away (the family denies this).
  • In the meantime, Tata Consultancy Services has:
  • Suspended her from her duties
  • Took away all access to the system

The company made it clear that she was a Process Associate, not an HR Manager, as was first said.

The Investigation is Getting Deep

The case is being actively investigated by a Special Investigation Team (SIT), and the National Commission for Women has also gotten involved to look into concerns about safety at work.

As the investigation goes on, authorities are still trying to find Khan.
