Noida News: Police from Phase 1 station raided a factory that produced knockoffs of well-known brands of clothing. Two suspects were detained on the spot by the police. The arrested defendants were selling phoney garments in the markets at high costs using the markings of major companies like Allen Solly and USI. The accused was found to have a large collection of women's leggings and other clothing, according to the police. The matter is being looked into by the police.

Business Investigator Uncovers Counterfeit Clothing Operation

Amanpreet, a resident of Sultanpuri, Delhi, reportedly informed the Noida Phase-1 police station that he is employed as an investigative officer for M/s Brand Products India Private Limited Company. His business is located Gurugram's Sector-16. With M/s Universal Legguard Works USI and M/s Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. Allen Solly, his business has signed formal agreements. According to the agreement, if any entity or person is discovered producing or marketing imitation goods under these companies' trademarks and in their names, their company has the right to take legal action against them. It was told that they recently conducted a survey in the market and found out that fake clothes are being sold in Noida in the name of these renowned companies.

Counterfeit Clothing Operation Busted

The Gurugram-based company's investigating officer, Amanpreet, informed the police that during the investigation it was discovered that a Noida private limited company was producing and marketing counterfeit clothing under the names of these two well-known brands. Following the complaint, Amanpreet and Face One police station travelled to Noida Sector-8 to the business stated. 301 pairs of women's leggings with the Allen Solly brand and 431 bogus neckties with the USI mark were discovered during the inquiry. Piyush, the company's owner, a Mainpuri resident, and Rishabh, the sales manager, an Etawah native, have both been apprehended by police on the scene. When the authorities questioned the business owner for a licence to sell these well-known brand clothes, he was unable to produce one. The police are actively looking into the situation.
