Noida News: Redefining Connectivity! India’s Largest Railway Terminal in the Works

Noida News

Noida News: Transport services are in high demand as a result of the continued rapid expansion of Agro Haryana, New Delhi, Noida, and Greater Noida. As a result, initiatives are being made to improve rail connectivity, and a Multi-Modal Transport Hub will shortly be given to Noida and Greater Noida.

Massive Investment for Gautam Buddha Nagar

The magnificent sum of Rs 7 lakh crore is slated to be invested on Gautam Buddha Nagar. These two NCR cities are highly known for being well-planned industrial townships and for making a substantial financial contribution to Uttar Pradesh. Major Northern Railway trains currently only stop at Dadri in Noida, which causes congestion at the stations in Anand Vihar, Ghaziabad, and New Delhi.

Transformation Plan for Bodaki Railway Station

The Greater Noida Authority and the Government of India have now developed a concept plan to convert Greater Noida’s Bodaki Railway Station into a multimodal transportation hub. This hub will combine bus and metro terminals and function as an easy-to-use regional rail terminus. It is projected that the project will cover seven neighbouring communities and take up an area of 478 hectares.

Central Government’s Approval

We have learned that the Central Government has approved the project, and the process of acquiring land is expected to start soon. This effort has gained new impetus from the recent Global Investors Summit in Uttar Pradesh, which saw significant investments from Noida and Greater Noida entrepreneurs.
