Noida News: For its allottees, Yamuna Authority unlocked a box of relief. An additional six months have been granted by the authority to finish the construction and register the project. During this time, there will be no late fees of any type. This ruling will benefit about 42,000 allottees. Additionally, the administration has provided relief to the allottees who bought apartments. They are free to give up and move to another floor.

79th Board Meeting Overview

On Monday, the 79th Yamuna Authority board meeting took place at the auditorium. Chairman of the Authority Anil Sagar chaired the meeting. Participating in it were Dr. Arunveer Singh, CEO of YIDA, NG Ravi Kumar, CEO of Greater Noida Authority, Manish Kumar Verma, District Magistrate, Vipin Jain, CEO of Yamuna Authority, Kapil Singh, OSD Shailendra Bhatia, OSD Shailendra Kumar Singh, and others.

Significant Measures Unveiled in Yamuna Authority Board Meeting

The meeting's allottees had received a great deal of relief. All residential plots and those allotted to industrial and institutional schemes to whom a check list had previously been issued but who have not completed registration have been issued by the authority. Additionally, the allottees who completed the registration process do not realise that, according to the leasing agreement, the building's construction term has ended. A free time extension has been granted to all such allottees until June 30, 2024.

Yamuna Authority's Initiative for 54.75 Square Metre Apartment Allottees

The administration has decided to reimburse the allottees of the 54.75 square metre apartments upon their request. Refunds of up to four percent simple interest will be given to allottees who apply for them by March 31. These allottees number approximately 268. Concurrently, authorization has been granted to rearrange the authority's apartment in Sector-22D's floor according to a first-come, first-served basis.

In this scenario, a case-by-case determination will be made. Priority will be given to those who fall under the categories of disabled individuals, senior citizens, the elderly, or those who have any other significant ailment. In addition, applicants for this scheme will now be able to indicate on the application which level and flat they would like to use.

Zero Period Expansion

The zero period facility has already been made available by the authority for institutional developments, townships, industrial plots, and group housing. The residential plots that have been allocated will now also receive the benefit of zero hour. This advantage will be accessible in the event that the court case is still pending, possession is not granted on schedule, an access road to the plot is lacking, etc.

In some situations, the benefit will become accessible upon validation by satellite imagery. The developers are unable to supply the SDS Infracon System allottees who have registered with the requisite amenities. These allottees have until December 31st to begin construction on the building on the land. There won't be any fees throughout this time.

Semi-Conductor Park Development

In Sector-28, 125 acres will be transformed into a semi-conductor park. This will be the state's first semi-conductor unit. Its coming will bring with it more opportunities for income production, skill development, and employment creation. In order to settle the builders-buyers disagreement, Yamuna Authority would concurrently put the Amitabh Kant Committee's suggestions into practice.
